Our designs are robust, lean and compact to firstly reduce material cost and secondly to reduce manufacturing time giving not only cost savings but allowing us to deliver quicker, enabling clients’ operations to be online faster. We maintain cost leadership in the market by reducing our design costs, our material costs and our manufacturing costs, enabling us to pass on these savings to our client.

Our designs are based on robust simplicity to secure quality yet reduce failure rates. We focus on standardised and interchangeable hardware solutions. As many of products in the same range use the same hardware we keep critical parts on stock and batch order. This is to benefit from economies of scale when ordering and to enable us to deliver quicker by having long lead items on the shelf.

Our flexible sealing solutions in same hardware ensure that the customer gets only what they require ensuring value for money and not over-engineered unnecessarily.  Our products are designed to make maintenance quicker and easier than the rest, for example on our MQC plate critical parts, such as couplers are easily retrievable without having to dismantle the whole plate, reducing potential downtime and allowing operations to continue quicker.
